Question:  Does this product support Ultra HD 4K?
Answer:  This product supports up to 1080P High Definition.

Question:  What types of video sources does this product work with?
Answer:  Video sources with an HDMI output including DVD Players,
Blu-ray Disc Players, Cable Set Top Box, Satellite Set Top Box,
Video Game Systems, Laptop Computers, and others

Question:  If connecting to an HDMI enabled Laptop Computer is there any software or drivers needed?
Answer:  No need to install software or drivers in the computer, it is plug and play.

Question:  Can multiple receivers and or transmitters be used together?
Answer:  Proper usage is only one to one.

Question:  I misplaced my receipt with the activation code and not able to activate my unit, what can I do?

Question:  Does the product come with the two (2) required power adapters?
Answer:  Yes, the power adapters are included in the box.

Question:  Do this system support audio?
Answer:  Yes.  Audio carried through the HDMI cable to the transmitter is supported.

Question:  Will this work with a digital video or digital still camera?
Answer:  Yes, as long as the device has HDMI video output.

Question:  Can the transmitter and receiver be powered by USB power?
Answer:  These units cannot be powered by USB.  They need to be powered by the included power adapters.

Question:  What is the maximum transmission range?
Answer:  Maximum range is 50 meters (164.0 feet).

Question:  I am unable to control my connected device with my remote, what should I do?
Answer:  The controller (IR Blaster) should be placed near the IR window of the device you want to control (ie, DVD Player, BD Player, etc.) with your remote.  The IR Receiver should be placed in the vicinity of your TV near the area you would point your remote control toward.

Question:  Do you have to have WiFi for this system to work?
Answer:  This system does not require WiFi for it to work.

Question:  What input setting should the receiving Television be set to in order to receive the signal?
Answer:  Depends on the Television input you are using to connect the HDMI cable from the receiver to the Television.  For example, if you are using HDMI 1, you should select HDMI 1 as your TV input setting.

Question:  What do I need to have to connect a Blu-ray Disc Player or other HDMI enabled device as well as my cable box wirelessly to my TV?
Answer:  With the included HDMI switch you can connect up to three (3) HDMI enabled devices. All you would need is additional HDMI cables (not included) to connect each device to the switch.

Question:  TV displays “waiting for connection” on the bottom right corner, what needs to be done?
Answer:  Check if the power supply of the transmitter (TX) and receiver (RX) are connected and the power indicator LEDs are on.  Make sure each unit is probably connected to power.

Question:  The TV displays “Please check the TX input signal”, what needs to be done?
Answer:  1. Check the connection of the HDMI input of the transmitter (TX) to make sure it is properly connected and also properly connected at the HDMI output point on your video source.
2. Make sure your video source has an output signal by connected it directly to the display device.  Try also changing the signal source or HDMI cables to check the source.

Question:  What to do if the displayed image is not stable?
Answer:  1. Move the position of the transmitter (TX) and/or receiver (RX) to make sure they are within the maximum signal range (50m / 164ft).
2. Click the “reset” button on the transmitter (TX) and receiver (RX) and reconnect.
3. Remove any other wireless signal disturbances in the area and reduce any obstacles in the way.

Question:  What obstacles might affect performance of this product?
Answer:  Thick walls, metal construction, brick, or glass will shorten the signal range or cause signal instability or loss.
